MINUTES OF THE

CAPITAL CITY KART CLUB MEETING

NOVEMBER 10, 2004 AT THE COWICHAN VALLEY INN, DUNCAN

 

 

***There will be no meeting in December

The next meeting will be on Wednesday, January 12, 2005 ***

 

Five Executive members came to the meeting and two Club members – no quorum therefore no official meeting. We had informal discussions.

 

The motion proposed at the AGM “ at the next club meeting vote to change the Constitution to read 2 votes per family membership” will have to be addressed at the club meeting in January.
