MINUTES OF THE

CAPITAL CITY KART CLUB MEETING

JUNE 8, 2005 AT THE COWICHAN VALLEY INN, DUNCAN  

The meeting was brought to order at 7.30 p.m.

2 members plus 5 of the Executive attended this meeting.

No quorum therefore no official meeting.

Dorothy reported that we now have approximately $4,990.00 in the bank with about $10,000 still to come from the Port Alberni Grand Prix 2004. There is also money to come from Spruston. The tires have all been moved from the Youbou site. The application was sent to the BC Lotteries. Hopefully by the next meeting we will have some information on proposed track sites. Discussions followed and the meeting was adjourned at 8.45 p.m.
